Australian model Jessica Gomes was born on September 25, 1985 in Perth, Western Australia to parents Joe Gomes and Singaporean Chinese mother Jenny. At 13, she studies modeling at Linda-Ann Model Academy in Perth suburb Midland which gave her the desire to pursue modeling in the near future. Eventually, she landed her modeling career in the year 2004 when she moved to New York City and signed with IMG Models. During the peak of her career, she was seen doing modeling exposures in Asian cities like Hong Kong, Beijing, Tokyo, Shanghai, and Seoul. Being more at home with Asia’s major markets, she found it more fascinating working for South Korean advertising campaigns. Over the years, she grew successful with her career, and as her fame continues to rise, she also became a Korean TV personality which gave her an undeniably high-profile celebrity status.
So what’s her workout regimen all about? Well, the gorgeous model does varieties of workouts to keep her body in prime shape. She usually does muscle building and core strengthening which are supervised by her fitness instructor Cynthia Czarnecki. Apart from that, she also does Yoga, Pilates, swimming, gymnastics, boxing, running, surfing, cycling, and hiking.
And of course, exercise isn’t enough to keep Jessica’s body in mint condition. She always watches what she eats. She is known to be practicing a special diet called Paleo Diet Plan and eats five to six small meals a day to keep her metabolism working.
