Jessica Ennis-HillJessica Ennis-Hill, CBE, née Ennis, is a British track and field athlete, specialising in multi-eventing disciplines and 100 metres hurdles. She was born on January 28, 1986 in Sheffield, United Kingdom to parents Vinnie Ennis and Alison Powell. She particularly won the Athletics at the 2012 Summer Olympics – Women’s heptathlon.

Apparently, Jessica is one fit and strong woman thanks to her involvement in sports. According to her, she also trains hard in order to be more and more healthy. She said in an interview, “I do different training sessions to surprise my body. I run sprints from 200m, increasing by 100m each time with a rest in between. My Trainer Tony Minichiello, keeps me on my toes. My training is seasonal. In winter I usually do circuit training. I do crunches, press-ups, jumps, planks and dips. I use my body weight and do 10-minute jogs in between each.”

Plus, she drinks lots of water to stay hydrated! “I always try to take on plenty of fluid during the day because the body recovers best after exercise when it’s hydrated, plus I feel it helps me get more from my training,” she said.
