American actress Jessica Brooke Capshaw was born on August 9, 1976 in Columbia, Missouri, USA. She is known to be the daughter of producer-actress Kate Capshaw and businessman Robert Capshaw. A graduate of Harvard-Westlake School in 1994 and Brown University in 1998, she embarked acting lessons at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts (RADA) in London right after graduating at her former school. Her first small screen appearance happened in 1999 when she guested in the medical drama TV series ER and played the role Sally. Soon after her first appearance, she was hired to play Aunt Jordan in Odd Man Out for 13 episodes. She appeared on big screen for the first time when she was cast as Dorothy Wheeler in 2001 slasher film Valentine. The said film gave her the chance to work with David Boreanaz and Denise Richards. She had series of roles following the said movie. In 2009, she was cast in the medical drama TV series Grey’s Anatomy as Dr. Arizona Robbins and until now, she’s very prominent due to her notable role.
When Jessica was asked in one of her interviews about her typical workout routine, she said, “At the time I would go four or five hours a week. I would take a dance class for an hour and it was super fun because I don’t like to run. So, we’d dance and then we’d do mat workouts and arm workouts and that was really great.”
And what about her diet? Well, she usually consumes healthy snacks which include Yogurt Honey Peanut Butter Balance Bar. She also explained that she prefers to bring snacks that are portable and delicious and health-friendly foods at the same time
