Jess Lee is the CEO and co-founder of Polyvore, a community powered social commerce website.. Before she co-founded Polyvore, she first worked as a product manager at Google where she particularly focused on Google Maps. A product of Stanford University with a degree in computer science, she also launched features such as My Maps and draggable driving directions.
In one of her interviews, Jess stated that walking is one of the exercises she likes to indulge. This kind of workout really does wonders to her body, because obviously, she stays healthy and slim. She said, “I walk to work every day. I also do occasional Yoga to calm the mind. Polyvore offers the staff a weekly Yoga class right at the office, which makes it much easier for me to participate when I have time, as I don’t even have to leave the building.”
Now what’s her diet like? Here’s what she revealed: “My food philosophy is ‘eat whatever you want, just eat small quantities of it’ (portion control!).” Portion control diet is famous among celebrities. Even if it’s strict, it is however, a very effective diet.
