Jelena Janković is a Serbian professional tennis player. She was born on February 28, 1985 in Belgrade, Serbia. A former World No. 1 in singles, she achieved this rank in the months following her finals appearance at the 2008 US Open. In 2007, she joined and won the Wimbledon Mixed Doubles title with Jamie Murray. These days, she continues to be a prominent and successful tennis player, achieving the the final at the BNP Paribas Open and beating reigning Australian Open semifinalist Madison Keys, Belinda Bencic, and Sabine Lisicki en route.
When it comes to working out, Jelena does not focus on strength training. Rather, she’s more into endurance and footwork.
Now what’s her diet like? Here’s what she shared in an interview: “I think it would have to be either seafood or meat. I love a lot of variety, it really depends what I feel like on that day. For the main meal I think it would be some kind of fish. For dessert I know that for sure it would be a lot of melted chocolate on top of some crepes with nutella and some hazlenut ice-cream. Then for the appetizer, maybe octopus salad!”
