Jason Mraz, originally Jason Thomas Mraz, was born on June 23, 1977 in Mechanicsville, Virginia, USA. He is widely recognized as a singer and a songwriter. It was in the year 2001 when he started his singing career by having his live acoustic album called Live at Java Joe’s realized. The said album is a coffee house situated in the Ocean Beach within San Diego. The following year, the recording company Elektra Records signed him a recording contract which enabled him to join with Dave Matthews Band, John Alagía, and Agents Of Good Root. Successfully conquering the music industry, he then released his live album Tonight, Not Again: Jason Mraz Live at the Eagles Ballroom while he was having his tour. Meanwhile, Jason also earned awards as his career goes on. His song “I’m Yours” got nominated for the “Song of the Year” and “Best Male Pop Vocal Performance in 2009”. In 2010, he finally got the award “Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals” with his song “Lucky” which featured singer Colbie Caillat.
Jason claimed that exercising is already his habit and it’s already a part of his system. He said it’s what he always does to make him feel energized and a lot stronger. Some of his exercises are bike riding and doing pull-ups. “I ride longer distances on my bike, can do more pull-ups than ever, and my brain seems to have a larger capacity for new projects, problem solving, songwriting, and fielding random questions,” he revealed.
When it comes to diet, he’s more into veggies as he is known to be an advocate plant-based diet.
