Jason Lewis is an American actor and former fashion model. He was born on June 25, 1971 in Newport Beach, California to parents Nancy and Gregory Lewis. He first appeared on television in the year 1998 when he was cast on High Sierra Search and Rescue for about six episodes. He then became remarkable for starring on the TV series Sex and the City, acting as Jerry “Smith” Jerrod from 2003 to 2004. Becoming more and more popular, he was also seen on TV series such as Brothers & Sisters in 2007 and 2009, House in 2008, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation in 2008, and many other TV programs. Meanwhile, he also starred on films Next Stop Wonderland, My Bollywood Bride, The Death and Life of Bobby Z, Tribute, and a lot more.
So how does the gorgeous actor stay lean and fit? During his interview with Men’s Health, he revealed, “I play every day, whenever my body and time allow me to. I love running up gorges and creeks. It’s not a predetermined path, so your body has to work in unexpected ways.” He added that he also loves to do exercises with a Swiss ball or medicine ball.
And of course, he always makes it a point to drink lots of water every day especially when he’s body is constantly releasing sweat due to workouts. “I’ll put it in my water when I go out on my mountain bike,” he said.
