Jason Aldine Williams, famously known by his stage name Jason Aldean, is an American pop country singer and guitarist. He was born on February 28, 1977 in Macon, Georgia to parents Barry and Debbie. After graduating in high school, he started to pursue his career with his father who served as his booking agent. In 1996, he privately financed a CD composed of eight songs which he sold at shows. Soon after, he was discovered by record producer Michael Knox and signed him to the recording company called Warner-Chapell Publishing. After his contract with the said recording company, he signed with the Broken Bow Records and published his debut album called “Jason Aldean” on July 26, 2005. In 2009, he was regarded as a successful major country star.
Now how does the talented country singer work out his body and take care of his health? Well, according to Jason, he makes use of sports as his means of workout. He usually plays baseball and sometimes spends time playing basketball.
When it comes to his diet, he admitted that he’s not practicing any and he eats what he wants. He shared in one of his interviews that he’s a fan of potato chips and chicken and he also drinks beer occasionally.
