Jason Akermanis - celebhealthy_comJason Dean Akermanis is a former Australian rules football player. He was born on February 24, 1977 in Mildura, Australia. A product of St Joseph’s College, Nudgee, he is a Brownlow Medallist and triple premiership player who played for the Brisbane Bears, Brisbane Lions, and Western Bulldogs. From 1995 to 1996, he was associated with Brisbane Bears. He then moved to Brisbane Lions in the year 1997. In 2007, he became part of Western Bulldogs. And in 2011, he started playing with the Glenorchy Football Club in the Tasmanian State League.

When Jason was interviewed by Body and Soul Australia, he shared that he exercises three times a week. He said, “I exercise three times a week. I do boxing sessions and go running.”

He also said that he is always making it sure that everything is in moderation, especially when it comes to his diet. “As the saying goes: everything in moderation,” he said. He  then added, :”Eating breakfast in the morning and going to sleep at night knowing I have achieved a lot of the things I wanted to get done during the day.”
