Lady Jane Seymour Fonda was born on December 21, 1937 in New York City, New York, USA. She is an American actress, writer, former fashion model, political activist, and fitness guru, who shone in the lime lights of show business in the year 1960. She received several awards and nominations for her roles as Gloria Beatty and Bree Daniels in 1969 “They Shoot Horses, Don’t They?” and 1971 “Klute”. She also received awards and nominations for her performances in “The China Syndrome”; “On Golden Pond”; “The Doll Maker”; “The Newsroom”; and “The Butler”. Aside from filming, Jane also released her exercise videos as early as the year 1982. She was awarded the Women in Film Crystal Award in 1981, and in 1994, she became a Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Population Fund. December of 2008, when Jane Fonda was inducted into the California Hall of Fame, at The California Museum for History, Women and the Arts.
