James O’Connor is an Australian international rugby union footballer. He was born on July 5, 1990 in Southport, Australia. One who was educated at St Joseph’s College, Nudgee and The Southport School, he made his Wallabies debut in the year 2008.
At the age of 17, he was the youngest Super Rugby debutant. He also became the second youngest Wallaby in Australian rugby history when he was 18 years old. He started his Super Rugby professional career with Western Force in the year 2008 before he became part of Melbourne Rebels in the year 2012. While playing for Melbourne Rebels, he was able to play with teammates Nic Stirzaker, Kurtley Beale, Mitch Inman, and English international Danny Cipriani. He continues to be a big rugby star these days.
James is a very active and health-conscious person. Apart from being an active sports man, he is also very conscious when it comes to diet. Sometimes, though, he also caves in to his food desires. According to him in one of his interviews, “I take a lot of my fruit and veg in through smoothies and shakes; my weak spot is definitely fries. I absolutely love them, especially in France.”
