Born on 21st of July 1976 in London, England, English actress Jaime Murray is the daughter of Elaine and famous actor Billy Murray. She used to be a student of London School of Economics, focusing on philosophy and psychology but later on quit and instead, focused herself on acting by attending at the Drama Centre London. She had her first acting appearance in 1996 when she imitated the lyrics of Stretch & Vern’s dance track “I’m Alive”. In 2001, she was highlighted in television for the first time by portraying a guest role in the British TV series The Bill. Her other acting appearances were in TV series Doctors and Nurses, Love Soup, ShakespeaRe-Told, and Agatha Christie’s Poirot. In 2007, she became more prominent when she was cast for a main role in TV drama series Dexter. She also earned a major role in the romantic comedy TV series Valentine in 2008 up to 2009. Just recently, she was cast as Stahma Tarr in Rockne S. O’Bannon’s science fiction TV series Defiance.
Now how does she take care of her body? According to the actress, she stays in her prime and healthy shape by attending spinning sessions. “I take spinning classes. I thought I was going to die after my first class, but after a while it becomes addictive,” she confessed.
When she was asked whether she’s practicing any special kind of diet, she said, “No. I really love to eat so exercise is important for me.”
