Born on December 26, 1992 in South Shields, England, Jade Amelia Thrilwall is a British pop singer best known as one of the members of the all-girl group called “Little Mix”. The said group features four girl singers (including her) namely Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, and Leigh-Ann Pinnock. She started singing at the age of three. When she was a student, she used to participate in different singing contests at their school. She also joined the Performers’ Stage School and eventually attended in Steps Dance & Fitness where her penchant for dancing was greatly enhanced. In 2008 and 2010, she auditioned in the X-Factor singing competition but failed. Her failure didn’t affect her entirely since she was able to come back in 2011, auditioning with the song “I Want to Hold Your Hand” by The Beatles. This time, she was accepted and was put in the “Little Mix” girl-group. Together, they made a great team and was able to release their first album called DNA that eventually reached the Number 1 spot in the UK Singles Chart.
Ever wonder how she achieved her slender and toned body? Well, she usually dances to keep a fit and fab shape. For her, dancing is the best type of workout. And not only that. She’s also a regular visitor to the gym.
When it comes to diet, she stays slim by eating fresh fruits and vegetables everyday. Apart from that, she always drinks lots of water to keep herself hydrated.
