Prior to becoming a fitness coach, she worked as a model, actress, and script coordinator for Warner Brothers. She also built her own business in 2004 which is called Sky Sport and Spa. In 2006, she was featured by Bravo network to participate in Work Out. This show highlights her daily routine and how she handles her daily activities. Extending her show, she launched her second season of Work Out where her relationship with Rebecca Cardon became featured as well as her new business venture. Her recent appearance was in the documentary TV series Thintervention with Jackie Warner.

In Thintervention with Jackie Warner, sheshared some of her fitness routines which include turning the room into circuit. “In this workout, you’re using several muscles simultaneously, making your heart and body work harder, so you burn more calories and actually keep on melting fat afterward,” she said. This exercise basically requires you to use jump rope, resistance tube, dumbbells, and stability ball.

Jackie is also on the watch of her diet. She said she always avoids sweets, especially chocolate, as they are one of the causes of obesity. Other than sweets, she also skips foods rich in fats and preservatives.
