English media personality Jack Osbourne was born on November 8, 1985 in London, England to Sharon and rock star Ozzy Osbourne. He described his childhood as “perfectly happy and contented” but it was in the later year that he struggled with alcohol, drugs and multiple sclerosis in 2012.
March 2002 was the time when Jack was publicly introduced in the entertainment industry wherein he got the chance to be a part of the reality show The Osbournes in MTV.
Despite Jack’s ups and downs, the actor wanted to get back in shape to the point that he opted to follow an extreme workout fitness routine which is used by the U.S. Navy Seals. Recently, Jack was seen at Crossfit Hollywood doing some training, endurance running, cardio work, gymnastics and heavy duty weight lifting.
Struggling with multiple sclerosis, Jack had managed to keep up with his health by doing everything in moderation. In one of his interviews on www.mensfitness.com by Maggie Parker, Jack mentioned: “I eat right, I juice a lot. I usually drink my breakfast. And I just remain active. I have one of those fitness bands that tell you how you’re doing in your day. I set my goal on that and try and hit it at least four or five times a week.”
