Hunter Craig Kemper is a triathlete from the United States. He was born on May 4, 1976 in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. A product of Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, he is known to be a four-year member of the Men’s Cross Country and Track & Field teams. He graduated in the said university in the year 1998 with a degree in Business Administration. It was in the year 2008 when he joined the Summer Olympics in Beijing and finished in seventh place with a time of 1:49:48.75.
Now what is Hunter’s diet like? Here’s what he said in an interview: “I’m big on high-protein things, especially within 30 minutes after a workout, trying to help those muscles recover.”
He added that he’s also a fan of sweets. “I love Oreos, chips, Mountain Dew,” he said. “I have three boys, so I’m eating their Teddy Grahams and Nilla wafers. I have very good self-control when I’m training, but when I get home, it’s all gone. I could eat a sleeve of Oreos and not bat an eye. I love burgers— not the healthy burgers, either. And pizza.” You see, even if he indulges in sweets and high-carb foods, he is actively involved in sports, so that’s the good thing there.
