He began his acting career by making appearances in various stage musicals in Melbourne. Soon after, Jaackman received a Tony Award for playing the role of Peter Allen in The Boy from Oz. Part of his success in the entertainment industry includes earning recognition internationally for the superhero roles he has portrayed. Being Wolverine has surely created a great impact to his career.

Named as 2008’s sexiest man alive, Jackman owes his well toned and incredible physique through his workout routine which basically includes weight training and mass building. The rest would all be about maintenance which is regulated by him.

“I would change it up every 3 weeks. Three weeks heavy with lots of rest between sets. Then change to lighter weight, slower reps, four count up, four count down. Then mix in fast, explosive lifting, always changing the workout.” he shares in one of his interviews.

As for his diet plan, sources say that Jackman wakes up at 4 in the morning and eats at least 4 egg whites and eats a combinatin of steamed vegetables and brown rice every 3 hours. He also took protein shakes before going to bed. Jackman revealed in one of his interviews that he didn’t like how his diet plan goes but he had no choice but to follow it.
