Hugh Marston Hefner is an American adult magazine publisher, businessman. and founder of Playboy Enterprises. He was born on April 9, 1926 in Chicago, Illinois to parents Grace Caroline Swanson and Glenn Lucius Hefner. He first worked as a copywriter for Esquire but eventually left the company in January 1952. Soon after, he published in Playboy the the Charles Beaumont science fiction short story “The Crooked Man”. Apart from being an entrepreneur, he also appeared on several films for supporting roles and even got the “worst supporting actor” nomination in 2009. In 2010, there was a documentary film being dedicated for him which was titled Hugh Hefner: Playboy, Activist and Rebel.
At 88, Hugh is still very healthy and active. Whats his secret for longevity? Well, according to executive chef of Playboy Enterprises William Bloxsom-Carter, he’s a healthy eater. “He eats very healthy,” he said. “He starts his day with breakfast around 10:30, 11:30 in the morning. He has lunch about 5:30 and has his dinner ordered up about 10:30 at night.”
Hugh is noted to be really sticking to his portion control diet. To the point where he brings his own food wherever he goes in order to avoid food temptations. Well, he really has a nice and ideal dietary attitude.
