Born on January 10, 1974, Hrithik Roshan is an Indian film actor famous for his series of roles on films, particularly Bollywood films. He first came into the scene in the year 1980, portraying minor roles on films Aasha and Aap Ke Deewane. Soon after, he gained lots of acting projects. It was in the year 2000 when he was greatly recognized for his impressive performance on Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai which earned him awards such as Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut and Filmfare Award for Best Actor. Over the years when he started his career, he became more and more successful, gathering a number of nominations and awards which made him a remarkable actor in India. This year, he stars on the film Bang Bang!, playing the role Rajveer and Jai Nanda.

In one of his interviews, he revealed that he used to participate in CrossFit sessions together with his bodybuilder Kris Gethin. “We incorporated a lot of CrossFit sessions because I have to be in athletic condition, which will also help me from getting injured,” he said. “We’ve incorporated a lot of CrossFit, along with the weight training. A lot of cardio work, CrossFit and weight training.”
When it comes to his diet, he said his food choices and total diet regimen really changed. He said, “There were a lot of changes in the plan as we saw my body progress. It mainly consisted of about 100 grams of meat. There were some fibrous carbs, like broccoli, sprouts and spinach, a cup of rice or pasta, some really great flavoring. That made up my staple foods for the day. But, now that the transformation is over and I can go back, because I’m not dieting anymore. The world is open to me.”
