Hope Amelia Solo was born on July 30, 1981 in Richland, Washington to parents Judy Lynn and Jeffrey Solo. One with an Italian-American descent, Hope is famous for being a two-time Olympic gold medalist. Since the year 2000, she’s serving as a goalkeeper for the United States women’s national soccer team. She studied college at the University of Washington. After graduating, she played for the Philadelphia Charge in the Women’s United Soccer Association (WUSA). After her game at the 2011 World Cup, she also made appearances on television, particularly on the TV show Dancing with the Stars. She was also featured in the “Body Issue” of ESPN The Magazine.
Hope regularly trains to come up with a tip-top shape. According to sources, she usually visits the gym and performs exercises such as Side Crunches to Burpees, Toe Taps with Medicine Ball, and squats.
Other than religiously doing exercises, Hope also indulges in a healthy and balanced diet. She particularly chooses to eat fresh veggies and fruits. Now, isn’t she a certified health enthusiast? She is worth imitating!
