Hilary Ann Swank is an American actress born on July 30, 1974 in Lincoln, Nebraska to Judy Kay and Stephen Michael Swank. She started doing acting when she was 9 years old as she was seen portraying her very first role in the stage play The Jungle Book. After several years, she was able to land her first role in big screen when she became one of the casts of the 1992 film Buffy and the Vampire Slayer. Nowadays, she is already regarded as one of the A-lister actresses in Hollywood that appears in blockbuster films and TV shows.

I was a gymnast, a swimmer, a basketball player… To me, working out is literally like eating a meal or drinking water or breathing.”
So, what’s her diet regimen? “I have to have the sustained energy so I understand about nutrition and I really look out for nutrition. What I would do is stuff like, I take my vitamins, I’m a real vitamin person. I got my blood tested so I knew vitamins I needed the most of,” she says.
