Hilary Atwood Knight is an American ice hockey knight famous for being a member of the United States women’s national ice hockey team. She was born on July 12, 1989. Few of the competitions she participated were the Wisconsin Badgers women’s ice hockey program and competitions for the Choate Rosemary Hall. While studying at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, she was able to help her team reach the NCAA championships during her first year. She was also placed as the second in rank when it comes to team in goals and also placed as fifth when it comes to team in assists. In 2012, she was selected as third overall for the Boston Blades during the draft.
So what’s her way of making her body fit and strong? Well, it’s all just about diet. According to the sport dietician for the U.S. Olympic Committee Alicia Kendig, Hilary and her team mates are doing everything to follow a healthy diet program. She said, “They were working with a lot of products – recovery drinks, and a lot of bars.”
In particular, Hilary and her team mates mostly eat nutritious foods such as beans, lean meats, fish, green leafy veggies, chocolate milk, and other foods that offer benefits to the body.
