Henry William Dalgliesh Cavill, famously known as Henry Cavill, is British actor and model. He was born on May 5, 1983 on the island of Jersey, Channel Islands, United Kingdom. He started his acting career in the year 2002 when he became one of the casts of Laguna. After doing his first TV appearance, he was automatically given lots of acting opportunities that made him become one of the most sought-after actors these days. His latest and most prominent role appearance was in the movie Man of Steel where he played the role of Superman.
It isn’t that easy to get the superhero role, that’s why it’s a huge honor for Henry to land the role. According to the actor, how he trained to play the role is way too challenging and almost an insurmountable task. He says he needed to transform his normal body into a Superman type prior to the filming. In one of his interviews, he shares, “You’ve got to eat protein first, then a little bit of carbs. You’ve gotta keep your hunger levels going.
