Heather Anne Thomas was born on September 8, 1957 in Greenwich, Connecticut. She is an American actress, author, screenwriter, and political activist. A product of Santa Monica High School, she attended at UCLA Film School and finished the course in the year 1980. She started to act when she was 14 years old and particularly served as a host on the TV series Talking with a Giant where she used to interact with celebrities. In 1978, she appeared on David Cassidy: Man Under Cover for one episode and portrayed as Caryl Manning. She then experienced her breakthrough when she was highlighted on The Fall Guy from 1981 to 1986, playing the role Jody Banks. Meanwhile, she was also cast in a number of movies which include Zapped!, Cyclone, Kiss of the Cobra, Red Blooded American Girl, Hidden Obsession, Against the Law, and My Giant.
To stay in a fit and healthy shape, the actress always does her exercises. And her favorite? Running! In fact, she used to participate in Los Angeles triathlon. She told the Examiner that doing it gives her lots of benefits. “My body has changed dramatically. I’m stronger and leaner,” she shared.
Other than running, she also spends time biking and doing other exercises. “I know if I go out too hard, then I’ll burn out – the same could be said about anything in life,” she said. Well, her active lifestyle really pays.
