British TV sports presenter, reporter, and producer Hayley McQueen was born on December 9, 1979. She started her successful television job when she applied and was hired as a production assistant for Richard and Judy. Soon after, she worked both as a reporter and producer for Middlesbrough’s Boro TV and participated the Middlesbrough FC’s “Football in the Community”. Other than than, she also became famous for her appearances in Fox Sports. After resigning at Sky Television in 2006, she accepted the work as a presenter and anchor on MUTV. Meanwhile, she also became a presenter for the Daily World Cup show for Al Jazeera Sports and worked in tandem with Scott Minto in 2010.
When Hayley was asked by Women’s Fitness UK about her workout regimen, she answered, “I’ve had four sessions so far with Tony at Bodyworx and it’s been great so far. Our sessions do involve cardio, but we do dynamic bodyweight exercises such as press ups, lunges and squats. We also use hand weights to increase the resistance. After some of the sessions I’ve struggled to move– I guess my body was in shock! Tony looks at my food entries on MyFitnessPal to check I’m on the right track.”
And for her diet, she said she’s fond of eating sweets, that’s why she downloaded the iPhone app called MyFitnessPal in order to track down her calories. “My vice is anything sweet, pick’n’mix, chocolate, cake, desserts and cupcakes. I’m not allowed biscuits at home because I will eat them all until I feel sick. This is why I have started using the MyFitnessPal app on my iPhone. It records all your calories, fat, sugar and protein intake, which helps me to make more informed decisions about food,” she explained. Well, nice idea. We might as well try that!
