Hayley Lewis - celebhealthy_comHayley Jane Lewis, OAM is an Australian former competitive swimmer popular for winning five gold medals and one bronze medal at the 1990 Commonwealth Games as a 15-year-old. She was born on March 2, 1974 in Brisbane, Australia. Currently, she hosts the Australian version of “The Biggest Loser”. Since the 5th season, she already works as a host for the said TV program. Apart from being a host, she is also an author. In April 2011, she had her first business book published by Random House.

In one of her interviews, she shared her typical exercise routine. She said, “I run eight kilometres, five or six times a week. I love it. It’s the only form of exercise I can do to keep to keep the weight off my hips. I like to feel fit. If I don’t exercise I won’t have a sweet treat, which is why I exercise most days!”

For her diet, she elaborated, “I’ve got a pretty sluggish metabolism and IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) so I try to eat lots of fibre. I also take a fibre supplement. I have porridge or Bircher muesli for breakfast, a chicken salad for lunch, and fish or meat and vegetables for dinner. I also eat fruit during the day. I love the idea of eating white bread or rice, but I don’t as it makes me look pregnant. I have a very sweet tooth and will have chocolate most days. I also love Magnum ice-creams and doughnuts. My goal is to cut my treats down to three times a week. I have one skinny cappuccino in the morning and some juice. I’m not a big water drinker and I don’t drink alcohol. My last alcoholic drink was in 1992. I just don’t like the taste, it makes me feel ill. I take a multivitamin and have started my kids taking one too. I like the Kids Smart range because my children love the taste.”
