Born on April 19, 1981 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Hayden Christensen is a Canadian actor and producer. At a tender age of 13, he started his career as an actor. It was in the year 1993 when he first appeared on television, portraying the role Skip McDeere on the TV serial Family Passions. In 1995, he experienced his first acting job on big screen, portraying a minor role on the horror film In the Mouth of Madness. Gaining more prominence, he was rewarded with a couple of nominations and awards for his remarkable performance on the film Life as a House in 2001. He also became part of Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones and played as Anakin Skywalker in 2004. Presently, he is filming the movies American Heist and Outcast which will be aired this year.
As an action star, Hayden has to undergo a lot of trainings in order to stay fit and it good shape for certain scenes. When he was asked about his typical workout, he said he usually spends time doing weight lifting and performing cardio exercises.
He also watches his diet and he always sees to it that he’s not overindulging on some of his favorite foods.
