According to the film actor, he usually trains in order to stay healthy. You see, at the age of 72, he’s still amazingly fit and active. “I believe in training for injury prevention more than anything else,” Harrison said in an interview. “I’m an old fart and I need to protect myself, so I trained quite a bit. I had an exercise trailer rigged for me, and I worked out every single day before going to work. And I was lucky enough not to become injured at all.”

For his diet, his wife Callista Flockhart said that Harrison is a healthy eater. “He’s on a strict high-protein diet,” Callista said. “He’s eating lots of fish and vegetables. It’s hard but he’s already looking great for it. He wants to make sure Indy is as tough as he always was.”
