American actor, film director, producer, and screenwriter George Clooney was born in Lexington, Kentucky, U.S. on May 6, 1961 to Nina Bruce, a former beauty pageant queen and Nick Clooney, a former anchorman, and American Movie Classics host. He had his major break when he performed as Dr. Doug Ross on TV’s ER in 1992. Soon after, the handsome actor landed on more hit movies like Batman. Part of his achievement as an actor also include being named as the “Sexiest Man Alive” twice by People magazine.
In spite of the award winning actor’s success in the entertainment industry, of course it can’t be helped to experience health problems. He too experienced malaria and a tear in the tough membrane that covers his brain and spinal cord which is called dura mater. But with the help of Bikram or hot yoga, Clooney is able to maintain his good health and amazing body shape even at 53.
Exercises as such may sometimes be grueling but including these in your workout routine are very much effective in toning and developing not just the upper part of the body but core strength as well. “Everybody has that year in their life when you age a decade,” Clooney shared in one of his interviews, “But I’ll whip it.”
