American actor Gale Morgan Harold III, famously known as Gale Harold, was born on July 10, 1969 in Decatur, Georgia. A product of The Lovett School in Atlanta, Georgia and the American University in Washington, DC, he had a background in Liberal Arts degree in romance literature. It was in the year 1997 when his friend Susan Landau encouraged him to pursue acting, which he considered. He eventually went to Los Angeles to find his career and officially started to focus on an intensive drama study. In 2000, he experienced a career breakthrough in acting when he was cast on the American-Canadian TV series Queer as Folk, playing the irresistible character Brian Kinney. In 2008, he began to take part on Desperate Housewives and was also cast on Hellcats from 2010 to 2011. Also, he became more remarkable by playing the role Charles Mead on The Secret Circle.
When Gale was asked in one of his interviews about how he maintains his toned physique, he said he just hits the gym, but most of the time he prefers to do cycling. It’s also his one way of relaxing.
So, does he follow any special kind of diet? “Sort of the bastardized “Zone” – more protein than carbs, lots of greens, lots of sushi, lots of candi,” the actor revealed.
