Fearne Cotton - CelebHealthy_comEnglish TV and radio presenter Fearne Wood, better known as Fearne Cotton, was born on September 3, 1981 in Northwood, London to parents Lyn and Mick Cotton. She started to appear on screen in 1998, particularly working as a presenter for TV program Diggit which lasted until 2001. She then made another appearance on television, working as a co-presenter for Finger Tips alongside Stephen Mulhern from 2011 to 2003. From 2003 to 2005, she again appeared as a presenter for Top of the Pops Reloaded as well as on 2006’s Make Me a Supermodel. Other programs she presented were Guinness World Records Smashed in 2008, The Nation’s Favourite Number One Single in 2012, BBC Thames Jubilee Pageant Coverage in 2012, and many others.

According to the beautiful TV presenter, she usually hits the gym at least twice a week. That explains her stunning shape! She’s also noted be regularly doing cardio exercises, Yoga, cycling, walking, and dancing.

Now when it comes to her diet, she said she’s a healthy eater but sometimes she can’t get rid off sweet goodies. “I eat a lot of fruit and veg, but I love sweets, too,” Fearne shared in one of her interviews.
