Indian actress Esha Gupta was born on November 28, 1985 in Delhi, India. She started her career in the year 2012 when she was cast on the film Jannat 2 by which she played the role Dr. Jhanvi Singh Tomar. The same year, she was seen on films Raaz 3D and Chakravyuh as well as on the TV program NAT GEO’s Super Cars by which she worked as a host. In 2013, she appeared on Gori Tere Pyaar Mein and played the role Nisha with a special appearance in the song “Dhat Teri Ki”. This year, she appeared on the film Humshakals, portraying the role Dr. Shivani Gupta.

According to her in an interview, “My secrets for a perfect body: Workout by eating every two hours … the more regularly you eat, the more your body burns calories. My fitness philosophy: Fitness is not about being fat or thin for me; it’s about confidence. If I am not fit, I am not healthy and I feel very underconfident and I think I am not looking good.”
For her diet, she said she’s a certified vegetarian. “I am a vegetarian so I eat almost everything but I don’t have any dairy products because I am lactose intolerant. Also no wheat, no bell peppers and no oranges for me,” she explained.
