Emily Skye is a model, fitness expert, and wellness coach. Born on was 15 years of age when she started working as a model. In October 2015, she started to earn attention after she posted makeup-free pictures of herself on Instagram.
How does she keeps a very fit and sexy body? Here’s what she revealed in one of her interviews: “I always mix it up & do different exercises so my body doesn’t get used to them.
It goes something like this; Day 1: Legs (heavy) – Squats, lunges, leg extension, leg press, leg curls. Day 2: Shoulders using dumbbells & the cable machine. Day 3: Bis & Tris using dumbbells & cables. Day 4: Legs (light) – Usually 10 sets of 20 lunges with a bar on my shoulders & squats against the wall with a ball to support my lower back. Day 5: Back – Dead lifts, bent over rows, heaves, lat pull downs, seated row cable machine. Day 6: Circuit/sprints/tabata/intervals. Day 7: REST! I do abs every 3 days & calves twice a week.”
For her diet, Emily shared, “Clean but not too strict at the moment. When you deprive yourself of certain foods when competing you risk damaging your metabolism so I still include carbs & all the food groups to stay nutritionally balanced and to keep my metabolism working well. I have been eating clean for the past few weeks & I’m already getting great results.”
