Eamon Sullivan - CelebHealthy_comEamon Wade Sullivan is an Australian former sprint swimmer, three-time Olympic medallist, and former world record-holder in two events. He was born on August 30, 1985 in Perth, Australia. It was in April 2002 at the Australian Age Championships when he successfully won the 50 m freestyle and finished the second place in 100 m in his age group. He later on joined the 2004 Olympic and grabbed a spot in the 4×100 Freestyle relay team by finishing fourth place in the final. He also participated at the 2004 Summer Olympics which was held in Athens. That time, he was the  youngest male in the Australian Olympic Team.

Now what’s his secret towards that ripped physique apart from his active involvement in swimming? “A balanced diet is key to maintaining good health,” he said in an interview. “I am a big believer in not robbing yourself of the things that you enjoy eating, however then balancing this out with healthy options throughout the week.”

As for his exercise routine, he said determination and motivation are really important. “When I am finding it difficult to motivate myself for early morning training sessions, I put the alarm clock on the other side of my bedroom to make me get out of bed!” said Eamon. “I try to use periods when I am injured to focus on my weaknesses, and therefore gaining positives out of periods when I am forced out of my regular training routine.”
