Denise Lee Richards, simply known as Denise Richards, is an American actress and former fashion model. She was born on February 17, 1971 in Downers Grove, Illinois to Joni Lee and Irv Richards. Born with mixed races that include German, English, French-Canadian, Welsh, Dutch, and Irish, it is no wonder why the actress looks extremely beautiful. Growing up, Denise used to play baseball and was included in a baseball team wherein she’s the only girl. It was in 1990s when she was cast for minor films that eventually led her to become a cast of a prominent TV show Saved by the Bell. Since then, she started to appear on several flicks that label her as one stunning and remarkable actress.
Now that she’s 43 and a mom of two beautiful kids, Denise still appeares fit and well-toned. And she can still flaunt her envious body on beaches wearing bikinis. How does she maintain her body, anyway? Well, Denise says she just normally has an active and healthy lifestyle with healthy choices of food. “I am very active,” she confides in one of her interviews. “I found what works for my body — everyone’s body is different and I think it’s best to find what works for you. For me it’s Pilates and dance. My diet is 80 percent vegetarian and I eat all day long. I have lots of little meals; it’s best for me. I found eating three big meals I felt too full and got tired especially after lunch. I eat lots of fruit, veggies, egg whites, oatmeal, a little chicken, eggs, rice — that’s mostly my diet. I do splurge on ice cream and I love pretzels. My abs get the best workout with my Pilates reformer — I had two C-sections and it was the only thing I found that got my tummy flat.”
