Denise Milani is a glamour model born on April 24, 1976 in Frýdek-Místek, Czechoslovakia. She was originally named Denisa Krajickova Trlica. While she was young, she used to study English language and developed a dream of becoming a doctor someday. The significant development that happened in her life was during her teenage years when her breasts were developed large to a DDD. This made her decide to pursue modeling under the name “Denise Lica”. It was when she turned 20 when she met Czech mob boss’ daughter Kara Milani and fell in love with her. Practicing a bisexual relationship, they married when she was 21 and eventually changed her surname into Milani. Soon after, she was hired to work for the SPORTSbyBROOKS as a sports model. In 2007, she quit modeling at SPORTSbyBROOKS and developed a website that features her glamour modeling.
When Denise was asked about her fitness regimen, she said, “I have been into fitness since I was about 15. I remember telling my mom when she went grocery shopping not to forget to get me the Muscle & Fitness Magazine (which was the only fitness magazine in Czech at the time). I always admired fitness models and the industry, but didn’t truly love it until I started to understand the science behind it after completing my national certification for personal training.” She added, “I did weightlifting but not too much cardio. Once a week I did plyometrics. Towards the end I did full body workouts.”
Her diet, on the other hand, consists of chicken, egg whites, rice, veggies, olive oil, avocado, nuts, and flaxseed oil.
