Delilah DiCrescenzo - CelebHealthy_comAmerican distance runner Delilah DiCrescenzo was born on February 9, 1983. In 2006, she joined and won the third place on the US Nationals which made her become a notable runner in the world of sports. In 2007, she competed for the USATF National Club Cross Country Championships and successfully won the 6K title. She also participated the U.S. Olympic trials in the year 2008 and made it to the finals. However, she did not qualify for the Olympic team. In 2009, she tried her luck on the cross country running at the USA Cross Country Championships. That time, she won the fourth place. Last year, she made it to the 2013 IAAF World Cross Country Championship and ended on the 6th place.

Apart from running, Delilah also regularly visits the gym and does any other exercises to improve her muscles and her core. She is also noted to be doing weight lifting.

And when it comes to her diet, she only eats healthy foods and nothing else. Fresh veggies, fruits, oatmeal, and skim milk– these are her usual meal. Plus, honey! According to her, “Honey is a miracle food. I’ll eat this about five times a week and always before a workout and race.”
