Deepika Padukone is an Indian film actress born on January 5, 1986 in Copenhagen, Denmark to parents Prakash and Ujjala. Growing up, she eventually attended school at Sophia High School and completed her college at Mount Carmel College. She started her acting career in the year 2006, portraying the main role Aishwarya on the film Aishwarya. Her first acting performance became a success, that’s why she was given many roles afterwards. In 2007, she earned a Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut and was also nominated for the Filmfare Award for Best Actress because of her impressive performance on the film Om Shanti Om. Gaining more prominence in Bollywood, she played various roles on films including Chandni Chowk to China, Love Aaj Kal, Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey, Cocktail, Chennai Express, and many others. This year, she is filming three different movies such as Finding Fanny, Happy New Year, and Tamasha.

According to her fitness coach Yasmin Karachiwala, Deepika follows a certain exercise routine. “She did four days of Pilates and two days of functional training with one day’s rest. The sets could range from 2-4. The reps ranged from 15-25,” Yasmin said.
And what about her diet? Here’s what Pooja Makhija, her dietitian, shared: “Deepika is not off any kind of food. She loves her food, so I have regularised her meal timings to every two hours. Also, I got her to jumpstart her day with fruits instead of coffee. When travelling, she has food that is available anywhere. Also, she carries portable snacks.”
