Born Mary Frances Reynolds on April 1, 1932 in Texas, Debbie Reynolds is a renowned American actress, singer, and dancer. She was sixteen years old when she started her career in show business, particularly signed with Warner Bros. Although her earlier years in the industry was slow and she hadn’t had breakthroughs yet, she was able to pull her career later on. Some of the films by which she was able to act for major roles were The Affairs of Dobie Gillis in 1953, Susan Slept Here in 1954, Tammy and the Bachelor in 1957, How the West Was Won in 1962, What’s the Matter with Helen? in 1971, and a lot more.
According to the legendary movie star, dancing has helped her strengthen her body. This hobby makes everything fun and beneficial at the same time. “If you dance and exercise properly you can eat what you want,” she said in an interview.
However, she emphasized that although eating whatever you want is good, you have to limit yourself and never overindulge more importantly. “It makes you feel clumsy and too full,” she said, describing how it feels whenever she eats a lot. So if we want to live longer and younger like Debbie, why don’t we follow her practices?
