David Villa - CelebHealthy_comDavid Villa Sánchez, famously known as David Villa, is a Spanish professional footballer. He was born on December 3, 1981 in Langreo, Asturias, Spain. Since he was a child, he was already very inclined to playing football. He had his first-team debut during the 2000 – 2001 season. Eventually he became a first-team regular after he was able to score 25 goals in two seasons. During the 2003 – 2004 season, he was signed with the Real Zaragoza Spanish football team for a  €3 million contract. Soon after, he was able to participate the 2004–05 UEFA Cup along with his team mates. The said competition was held in Europe. He had series of other matches which eventually made him become more skilled and prominent in his chosen career.

David’s workout regimen is tough and rigid. He usually starts with pee-exercises such as running for over 45 minutes and stretching. He then performs resistance training as well as bench pressing, box jumping, squatting, and press-ups. As a football player, these exercises are very important for him so as to become stronger and more flexible.

For his diet, he follows a high-Protein diet in order to build and develop more muscles.
