American actor, writer, and director David William Duchovny was born on August 7, 1960 in New York City to parents Margaret and Amram Ducovny. While he was in college, he was a member of the university’s eating club which is called Charter Club. Apart from that, he was also a basketball player and a shooting guard of junior varsity basketball. Right after graduating in college, he proceeded to Yale University and eventually got a Master of Arts in English Literature. In 1987, he appeared as the face of Löwenbräu, particularly appearing in a TV advertisement. The next year, he experienced his first acting role on screen and played a minor role in the film Working Girl. He pulled out an impression after his first acting role that’s why eventually he was able to land several roles. Some of these were in films Bad Influence, Don’t Tell Mom the Babysitter’s Dead, Beethoven, The X-Files: Fight the Future, Full Frontal, and many others.
At 53, David still appears healthy and with ripped physique thanks to his indulgence to active lifestyle. His fitness regimen mainly consists of swimming, boxing, Yoga, and occasional triathlon.
Not only is he a physically active celebrity. He is also conscious about what he eats. He was once a vegan, but now he is already a pescatarian which means he eats fish but still, does not indulge in meats.
