American actor, singer, songwriter, musician, and composer Darren Everett Criss was born on February 5, 1987 in San Francisco, California. The youngest son of Cerina and Charles William Criss is known to be a multi-racial kid as he has Chinese, Filipino, Spanish, English, Northern Irish and German ancestry. At the age of 10, Darren was already seen portraying his stage acting debut in the 42nd Street Moon’s production of Fanny in 1997. He also played part in the musical Do I Hear a Waltz? as well as in Babes in Arms. It was in the year 2005 when he was first seen in big screen, particularly playing the role Josh in the short film I Adora You. In 2009, he became a part of the short film Walker Phillip as well as in the TV series Eastwick. His big break came in 2010 when he was cast in the popular comedy musical TV series Glee and played the role Blaine Anderson.
Darren works out regularly in order to maintain his ripped physique. He doesn’t have any fitness trainer. He does his own exercises at the gym and just motivates himself to do better.
He also prepares his own meals which are mostly meat and veggies. In one of his interviews, he said that his favorite food is sushi.
