Daniel Craig - CelebHealthy_comBritish film and theatre actor Daniel Wroughton Craig, known famously as Daniel Craig, was born on March 2, 1968 in Chester, England to Carol Olivia and Timothy John Wroughton Craig. When he was 16, he relocated to London so he can join the National Youth Theatre. He had his film debut in the year 1992 when he starred as Sgt. Jaapie Botha in the film The Power of One. With lots of roles that came on his way after filming his first movie, Daniel became more prominent for his significant and iconic role as James Bond.

Daniel is known for his well-built physique. This is probably the main reason as to why he was chosen as the one who will play the James Bond role. According to the actor, he maintains his strong and athletic body by doing specific workout regimen–particularly indulging in deadlift and toe-to-bar for full-body strength exercises. He also performs traditional squats, pull ups, dips, barbell curls, and bench press.

As for his diet, he describes it as strict but flexible. He says he doesn’t consume foods rich in carbs after 2:00 P.M. and starchy carbs after 5:00 P.M. Additionally, he always includes fruits and plenty of water in his everyday diet.
