Born in Mountain Brook, Alabama on June 15, 1964, American actress, producer, and director Courteney Bass Cox is the daughter of the late Richard Lewis Cox and Courteney. She graduate high school in Mountain Brook High School and eventually decided not to continue studies and instead pursue acting and modeling. In 1984, she appeared in Bruce Springsteen’s music video for “Dancing in the Dark”. She had made it to the TV screen in the year 1984 when she was cast as Bunny in the TV series As the World Turns. She also had appearances in TV programs Code Name: Foxfire, Murder, She Wrote, Family Ties, and Friends. In addition to TV roles, she was also highlighted to some of the notable films such as Down Twisted, Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, and Bedtime Stories.
Known for her skinny and fit body, Courteney wasn’t able to achieve such figure without doing some serious workout. The actress usually does exercises like squats, reverse lunges, chair pose, and one legged deadlifts. She also loves to spend time attending Yoga classes because it simply eases her stress.
When asked about her specific diet, the actress said that she’s practicing a diet called Atkins diet plan. She also believes that eating right according to blood type is effective in weight management. The foods that she really loves to consume, according to the actress, are greens. “I like eating green,” said Courteney. “I’m food’s biggest fan! Thankfully, I happen to have a healthy weight loss diet plan.”
