CM PunkAmerican professional wrestler CM Punk, originally named Phillip Jack Brooks, was born on October 26, 1978 in Chicago, Illinois. He is famous for his wrestling appearances in World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (WWE) and his title as “the longest-reigning WWE Champion of the modern era”. He started backyard wrestling in the 1990s with his brothers and friends prior to enrolling in a wrestling school. Nowadays, he is highly regarded in the wrestling arena for being a seven-time World Champion with an ROH World Championship and ECW Championship and three times World Heavyweight Championship and two times WWE Championship. He also became the 19th WWE Triple Crown Champion and the fastest man in the WWE history to achieve such recognition in 203 days after his first appearance in WWE.

For his fitness regimen, the famous wrestler  usually does a 60-minute workout every Friday and Saturday. Some of the exercises that he basically performs are bench presses, front raises, cable twist, and exercise using a medicine ball.

For his diet, he follows a program wherein he chooses to eat foods that will help him build more muscles. Usually he consumes couscous, eggplant spread, Maki sushi, and spring or summer rolls for lunch while he gobbles chickpea curry, vegetables, and potato tacos for dinner. He admitted that there are times when he also eats cheat foods. He can’t help it, but he makes sure that he’s not overindulging.
