Chuck Norris - CelebHealthy_comCarlos Ray Norris, famously known as Chuck Norris, is an American actor and martial artist born on March 10, 1940 in Ryan, Oklahoma, USA. Prior to acting, he used to be an excellent martial artist, joining and winning different fighting tournaments. He started acting in the year 1968 when he joined the casting of The Wrecking CrewIn 1972, he worked with the famous martial artist Bruce Lee and was starred in the martial arts action-comedy film Way of the Dragon. Apart from being an action star, he was also able to create a type of martial arts known as Chun Kuk Do.

One great reason why Chuck remains a celebrated star in the industry is his strong and lean physique. At 74, he still looks in great shape. When he was interviewed and asked about his usual workout routine, he says he usually performs pullover and seated row at the gym. These exercises help him strengthen his chest and his back.

When asked about his diet, he says, “I eat lots of whole foods, mostly organic. I realize that it is costlier to buy foods of this kind, but when you consider the cost of long-term disease and health care, it is a much smaller investment in the long run, and you will feel better for it. Prevention is the key and should be your mindset.”
