American actor Christopher Michael “Chris” Pratt was born on June 21, 1979 in Virginia, Minnesota, and raised in Lake Stevens, Washington. Actor-director Rae Dawn Chong first discovered him when he was waiting tables at the Bubba Gump Shrimp Company restaurant in Maui, Hawaii. After which, he was casted to play the role of Devon in the 2000 horror film “Cursed Part 3”. He is best known as Andy Dwyer in “Parks and Recreation” and Harold Brighton “Bright” Abbott in “Everwood”. He was also one of the casts in “Wanted” (2008); “Moneyball” (2011); “Zero Dark Thirty” (2012); “Delivery Man” (2013); and currently filming for 2015 “Jurassic World”. He was the voice of Emmet Brickowski in 2014 film “The Lego Movie” and Cooper Daniels in 2010-2011 “Ben 10: Ultimate Alien”.
He understands that losing weight is not easy, which is why he did his workouts with strong will power and relentless attitude. Chris works out seven days a week, where he practices several strength training and cardio exercises to define his muscles even more.
Chris opted for a more healthy diet by saying goodbye to his unhealthy eating habits. He is now into fruits, vegetables, seeds, and nuts. He avoids any forms of alcoholic beverages and fatty foods such as red meat, turkey, and etc; instead, he consumes lean proteins and low carb foods.
