Cheryl Chou is a beauty enthusiast and beauty pageant titleholder from Singapore. She represented her country during the Miss Universe 2016 beauty pageant which was held in Manila, Philippines. One tip that I swear by is to pat a light layer of Bio Oil over my face and neck as the last step of my skincare regimen.
