Chelsie Hightower - CelebHealthy_comChelsie Kay Hightower, better known simply as Chelsie Hightower, is a ballroom dancer born on July 21, 1989 in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. At nine, she was already seen as someone who embraces dancing. It was when she turned 14 when she was trained to enhance her skills in hip-hop, ballroom, jazz, and ballet. When she was 18, she had her first taste on television appearance as she joined in the fourth season of So You Think You Can Dance. After reaching the top six in the said competition, she was unfortunately eliminated. However, her downfall was the start of her fame since she received series of dancing projects after competing. One of these is in the famous TV dancing show Dancing with the Stars where she partnered with Ty Murray. Not only that. She also became an epitome of sexiness as she was highlighted in Sports Illustrated magazine in 2010 where she dressed herself with winter swimsuit.

Apart from dancing, Chelsie also does different types of workouts in order to maintain and even emphasize her fit and healthy body. She shares that she loves working out either at home or outside using five firming moves that help improve and tone her legs, abs, and butt. Other than that, she also focuses on different types of dancing and other sorts of exercises. “I like to mix things up by taking jazz, ballet, and contemporary dance classes that are an hour and a half each. I also do the P90X Ab Ripper X DVD. Plus, I walk uphill near my home in Beverly Hills, stopping to do some lunges and push-ups to keep my heart rate up,” she explained.
