Charlotte has gone through weight problems before but nowadays, she’s amazingly in a great shape. What’s the secret behind? According to the talented star, she just follows her simple diet practice. “I just eat better and eat less food than I used to,” she said. “So that means less storage, less junk food and smaller portions.” Moreover, she tried very hard to avoid all the junk foods that she used to love so as to minimize her temptation to consume more fats and calories.
And what about her exercises? Well, Charlotte is certainly not a fan of it. “I certainly haven’t embarked on some great exercise regime to get slim. Exercise is alien to me and I don’t like doing it,” she confessed.
